SHIPPING POLICY

Free Basic Shipping:

We offer free basic shipping for all orders. Typical delivery times are 2-4 weeks for delivery (shipping to some countries may take longer) without website tracking. 

Orders shipped by methods that do not offer tracking are the customer’s responsibility from the time of shipment. Please make sure your address is correct in our system and use the notes section to include any special shipping instructions. If you are uncertain as to the reliability of local delivery, please use a tracked shipping method such as DHL or FedEx. 


Express delivery by DHL or FedEx

International carrier like DHL and FedEX deliver to most countries or territories of the world in 2-5 business days. Their priority service offer time-definite delivery in 1, 2 or 3 business days. All shippings by DHL and FedEx offer web trackings.

Cost for choosing this shipping method will be shown in check-out process.

Smooth Camera Gear typically ships orders within 1-2 business days while stock is available.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes


International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Two Week Money Back Guarantee Return

 

Simply Silk Smooth is what SCG has to offer you. Not only does this apply to SCG products for supporting you to get the silk smooth footage the simple way,  but also to SCG service for offering you the simply-smooth shopping experience.

Our Two-Week-Money-Back-Guarantee represents our firm commitment in delivering what we say.

 

So if you are not 100% satisfied with SCG products, please contact us in two weeks after delivery for organizing return and get your money back (less postage).  

To request for Two-Week-Money-Back-Guarantee return, related items must be in new, unaltered and resalable condition. (You are allowed to try the products so the finger prints on the product finish are treated as new and so acceptable for return. )

 

 

Other returns

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for change. And Smooth Camera Gear will pay the return shipping costs as the return is a result of our error.

The returned products should be packed in a sturdy carton allowing for at least three inches of packing material on all sides. Damage caused by improper packing is the responsibility of the sender. Please include cover letter with details.

WARRANTY POLICY

Two Year Standard Warranty

 

Smooth Camera Gear offers two year standard warranty for all its products from the date of purchase.

Upon verification of legitimate warranty request within the warranty period, Smooth Camera Gear shall, 

1) send out the replacement part(s) or, 

2) repair the product(s) returned or,

3) replace the product(s) returned.

 

The return postage should be prepaid by the sender while the repaired products, which are repaired under warranty without charge, will be returned with normal transportation charges prepaid by Smooth Camera Gear.

Smooth Camera Gear cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to or from our service facility. That responsibility lies in the hands of the shipper. We strongly recommends that any shipments be sent with a carrier that provides a tracking number, such as TNT, UPS or FedEx, or that they at least be sent insured from the carrier.
 

 

 

Void of Warranty

The Warranty on this document shall be void, if:

 

1) Warranted product(s) have -- without Smooth Camera Gear’s written consent – been serviced, modified, or repaired with unauthorized parts, and/or been serviced by anyone other than an Smooth Camera Gear -authorized Service technician, or,

 

2) Failure/damage is due to neglect, misuse, excessive heat, impact, or operation contrary to reasonable use as camera support.
