Express Shipping

You have enjoyed free express shipping via DHL or UPS. Delivery is within 3-5 days. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking number.

Import Duties And Taxes

SCG will cover the courier charge for free shipping orders but international shipments may incur import duties and taxes, which are payable upon arrival in the destination country. Different countries have different policies, so please ensure you understand these fees before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the items will be returned to us, and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. Large products, valuables, perishables, items with age restrictions, or those shipped via private carriers may need a physical address or signature confirmation. Some sellers may specify that they cannot ship products to P.O. boxes. Delivery to security-restricted areas, such as military bases, is not possible.
